Any domain names purchased with Create are registered for a two year period, if you wish to renew your domain name after this time to continue using it with your website you can do so easily in your Create account.

We will start sending you email notifications 90 days before your expiry date letting you know when your renewal is coming up, reminding you to renew your domain name. But we also recommend you make a note/reminder of your renewal date as well as. 

To renew your domain name, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to your Create account
   
   
2. Click on your Account name in the Top Menu, and click Site in the drop-down menu 
   
   
3. Click on Manage Domain Names & Email
   
   
4. Your domains will be listed. Any which are due for renewal will have a link Renew button displayed below. Click the link
   
   
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to make payment and complete the renewal

Please note, that if you do not renew your domain name, your website will be taken offline and your domain will become available for general purchase across all domain providers.
