Worldpay Ecommerce Security Keys

If you use the Worldpay Ecommerce payment gateway, the security keys (Access Key and Secret Key) which are required to connect your payment gateway with your Create website need to be updated every two years, as they expire. As long as WorldPay holds up-to-date contact details for you, they will send you staggered reminders to act on this before their expiry date. 

If you are unsure if WorldPay holds the correct/current contact details, you can follow these instructions to update them.

WorldPay should contact you via email, with instructions of how to generate new keys. You can find further details about security keys and instructions for how to generate them here.



Once you have generated your new updated keys following WorldPays instructions you will then need to update the Access and Secret Keys in your Create account, via the Payment Gateway section.


Please follow the steps below to locate the correct area to input the new keys:

1. Log into your Create account

2. Click on Shop on the top menu and then on Payment Gateways

3. Edit the WorldPay listed under your active gateways

4. Add the new Access Key and Secret Key you have generated in WorldPay.

5. Click Save
