In order to allow your site to run at an optimal speed while still making sure your images look great, there are certain restrictions on image sizes uploaded to your Create site. Below you can learn more about these recommended sizes and file types. 

Banners and Logos

Logo banners can be up to 100kb and can be uploaded in the following sizes:

• 350 x 70px
• 780 x 120px
• 1000 x 200px

It is best to ensure that your logo is within one of these size restrictions before uploading to your account. You can use image editing software to ensure you are meeting these dimensions including software such as Photoshop or Pixlr.

You are able to upload banners and logos in JPG, GIF, PNG or SWF/Flash format files.

Page Images

Images you upload to your site can be up to 2000 x 2000px and 600kb, and can be uploaded in JPG or PNG formats.

Product Images

Images uploaded to a product can be up to 2000 x 2000px, but for the best experience we recommend that your images are larger than 1200 x 1200px.

These images can be up to 600kb in size and in JPG or PNG formats.

Thumbnail Images

Image thumbnails can be up to 150 x 150px. This ensures they are not stretched when uploaded. These images can be up to 40kb and in JPG or PNG formats.

Category Images

Image thumbnails can be up to 2000 x 2000px. 

but for the best experience we recommend that your images are larger than 1200 x 1200px.

These images can be up to 600kb in size and in JPG or PNG formats.
