We have discontinued support for the old Facebook Shop integration and replaced it with support for Facebook Catalogue and Instagram Shopping.

If you were using our older Facebook Shop integration, we recommend unlinking your Create Shop from your Facebook Business Page, if you have linked them.

Please follow the instructions below to do this: 

1. Go to your Facebook Business page on desktop view
   
   
2. Click on Edit Page Info on the top menu
   
   
3. Click on Templates and Tabs on the left-hand menu
   
   
4. Find the Tab for your shop and click the Settings button next to it
   
   
5. Set Show Shop Tab to off. The tab might have a different name if you have called it something other than “Shop".
   
   
6. Click the Save button
