Our Digital Products feature is a great addition to the Create Shop. It allows your customers to purchase digital files through your website, that can then download via an automated email service. If you wish to sell music, photos, eBooks or PDFs, then this is an ideal feature for you.

Once added, Digital Products are located in your shop just like any regular product and they can be placed in any category of your choosing.

The customer simply adds the product to their basket and when they complete the purchase, a link to download the item is displayed on the order ‘Thank You’ page. They will also be emailed a temporary link to download the file.

Our digital products system supports file sizes of up to 12 MB.

Please note that Digital Products count towards the product limit in place on our packages.
